NOTE: There were 2 errors in the May, 2008 Communicator.
* Under the provisions of SB 133 Retirees with 20 thru 29 years of service will receive a 13th check of $175.00. The figure was listed in the communicator erroneously as $150.00.
* Also under the provisions of SB 133 the minimum retirement benefit of $180.00 per month will take effect January 1, 2009. The date listed in the communicator erroneously was January 1, 2008.
